Gentle Reset - Stress Edition

An afternoon to slow down, release stress and reconnect with yourself.

In today’s fast-paced world, many women move through life in a constant state of doing, managing and carrying responsibilities. 

Gentle Reset – Stress Edition is an invitation to pause and create space for calm, balance and restoration.

The afternoon begins with a short stress check-in and practical insights into how stress affects the nervous system, energy and wellbeing — especially for women.

We then move into a gentle Yin Yoga practice followed by a deeply relaxing Sound Bath, designed to help the body soften, release tension and regulate the nervous system.

Afterwards, enjoy a calm moment of connection and reflection.

This event can be booked directly via the studio or through partner (Wellpass, USC etc.).

An additional 12,00 € contribution is payable by card on-site when booked through partners.
